Acceptance of Terms
The services that Food4Lyfe provides to all users are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Food4Lyfe reserves the right to update and modify the TOU at any time without notice. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages. When we make updates to the TOU, Food4Lyfe will update the date at the top of this page. By using the website after a new version of the TOU has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version.
Description oF Services
Through its network of Web properties, Food4Lyfe provides you with access to a variety of healthy meal options, including meal plans, download areas, communication forums and product information (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to this TOU.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.
Content/Cookies
All content included in or made available through the Services is the exclusive property of Food 4 Lyfe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved and retained by Food 4 Lyfe or its licensors.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Food4Lyfe is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our meal plans or the inability to use the Services, including meal plans, documents, or data.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or in ways that impair, disable, or damage the Services or interfere with others’ use.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Copyright Infringement
To report copyright violations, follow the procedures under Title 17, U.S. Code, Section 512(c)(2). Non-relevant inquiries will not receive responses.
